LORENA PESTANA: she began her approach to jewelry during a long stay in the Santa María de Nieva area, in Alto Marañón. There he was able to thoroughly investigate the artisan techniques and traditions of the Aguaruna people, perhaps the most important ethnic group in the Peruvian Amazon.
Clean with a soft cloth after use. Avoid submerging them in swimming pools and on the beach. Salt and chlorine can affect them. Avoid contact with any chemicals (perfume, alcohol). You can also clean it with baking soda and vinegar. Take your time and do it carefully, remember that it is mostly handmade material. Store them in a dry place and not piled up with others.
