Activities at 180º SHOP for CCRC 2016
One of the most internationally recognized Mexican brands will be present at 180º SHOP as part of the CCRC 2016 activities.
We welcome ⅛ Takamura to 180º SHOP. It is a fresh fashion proposal that combines a modern aesthetic with a current and functional style. For Guillermo Vargas, artistic director of this renowned brand, it is important to be able to combine the experimental with the practical. His pieces are characterized by geometric patterns with volume inspired by Japanese culture, inherited from his great-grandfather.
To show the pieces we will have the support of the artist Scarlett Baily , who collaborated with 180º in the design of the 7 Pecados collection. Scarlett has worked with DKNY, Ports, White Starr, among others. For the Roma Cultural Corridor Condesa will leave ready the silhouettes that have given her international recognition and that will serve to exhibit ⅛ Takamura along with the exclusive pieces from ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY GRADOS.
A while ago we launched an exclusive line of t-shirts for children at 180º SHOP. The inspiration: Mexican toys. For this edition of the Roma Condesa Cultural Corridor we will have four new designs that address issues related to childhood in Mexico. With this idea we want to participate in the recovery of the cultural legacy through the new generations and the bond with their parents. We believe that love for Mexican art and culture should be transmitted between generations and that the 180 children's line is an excellent way to remember this principle as a family.
The t-shirts are ideal for children from six months to six years old and you can find them at 180º SHOP starting April 16 . Along with the launch of the new 180 children's designs, we will show part of our traditional home-made collection ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DEGREES. Dresses, blouses, skirts, shirts and other models that we prepare from our workshop to share with all of you.
