At 180 GRADOS we continue our mission of encouraging new designers and promoting the work of avant-garde artists, through alliances with creators from different disciplines, who share our mission of recovering Mexican identity and cultural legacy.
On this occasion, 180 GRADOS joins forces with the visual artist Scarlett Baily to present the “7 Sins” collection, which brings together a series of images characteristic of the religious iconography of our country. Based on his fascination with shapes, symbols and their meanings, Baily recovers and reinterprets these elements of our cultural heritage, to offer a playful and fresh collection of drawings, captured in textiles.
With agile and fresh strokes, Scarlett Baily brings a new artistic quality to symbols loaded with meaning and formality, deeply engraved in the visual identity of Mexicans.
