The pieces have been assembled or woven by hand and are the result of very laborious processes. It is a solid and durable, but delicate product. Avoid storing the piece in a pile with others, as damage is often caused by getting tangled or caught together. In any case, you can combine it with others if you separate each one by wrapping them completely in cloth bags or soft cloths. Clean with a soft cloth after use. Avoid submerging them in swimming pools and on the beach. Salt and chlorine can affect them. If you are going to apply makeup, perfumes or lotions to the facial area, do so before putting on the pieces.
